Operations Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This role is responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing and executing our daily operational needs
- Partnering with the Leadership Team to support various operational functions such as Provider and Center Staff onboarding; scheduling; payroll processing; tracking and reporting of key financial elements; and driving other key operational tasks and projects.
- Supporting center operations for all Center Staff and Providers and is expected to perform and provide periodic coverage for Operations functions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of administrative experience and Scheduling experience in a medical environment
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- 5+ years of health care experience
- EMR experience
- Previous Provider Liaison or medical office/group experience
