About the role
- Responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and support of Workday HCM
- Serve as a strategic partner to the People Team, Payroll, and IT
- Optimize People technology and drive digital transformation through Workday HCM
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements
- Develop and execute test plans for Workday HCM software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR systems or ERP implementation
- 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM administration
- Workday HCM Certifications such as Workday Core HCM, Reporting, Integration, etc. preferred
- Familiarity with Adaptive Insights, Kainos and/or Qgenda is highly desirable
- Prior experience with system integrations and automation, preferably Workday (EIBs, XsLT, DT, Core Connectors, Studio)
- Previous experience in health care industry
