About the role

  • Serve as the primary IT and transformation liaison between the Company and partner health systems
  • Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders
  • Translate enterprise strategy into partner-specific execution plans
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Office to establish program governance frameworks
  • Partner closely with the Transformation Office and PMO to design and implement program governance frameworks
  • Drive disciplined execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Manage program financials including budget development and ROI reporting
  • Drive change management initiatives and lead end-to-end change management strategies
  • Ensure risk and compliance alignment

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Technology or Health IT program management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Master’s degree in related field preferred
  • Epic Certification in relevant modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Cadence, Bridges, or Care Everywhere) preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with Epic system implementations
  • Vendor and SOW management experience
  • Deep understanding of EMR systems (especially Epic)
  • Understanding of interoperability standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and track ROI
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC2, and audit-readiness practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience overseeing direct reports and vendor PMs
