About the role

  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing and validation processes
  • Collaborate with software development teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Implement automated testing solutions
  • Continuously improve quality assurance practices
  • Provide project management support for test projects
  • Identify project scope and current testing status
  • Collaborate with software developers on resolution of defects
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications
  • Identify, document, and track software defects
  • Validate issues and bug fixes for production releases
  • Conduct performance, security, and usability testing
  • Participate in software code reviews
  • Collaborate with testing team to oversee web, mobile, and IVR application tests
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in software quality assurance and testing
  • 1+ years of quality assurance project management experience
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Familiarity with performance and security testing tools
  • Familiarity with SQL queries
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Working knowledge of Playwright for test execution and results analysis
  • Experience in performing acceptance testing, functional testing, regression testing and integration testing
