About the role
- Plays a critical role in driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Primarily leads smaller-scale projects, contributes to larger initiatives under guidance of senior project managers.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Support senior PMs on larger, cross-functional projects managing specific project deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and issues, develop risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Management Information Systems, or similar degree.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Healthcare experience preferred
- CAPM or PMP preferred
