Systems Engineer

• Responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and support of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and related People technology platforms.
• Key part in optimizing People technology and driving digital transformation through Workday HCM.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the People Team, Payroll and IT, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement of Workday HCM.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, driving system enhancements, and supporting data-driven decision-making through advanced reporting and analytics.
• Manage and maintain the overall architecture, scalability, and integrity of Workday HCM.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM modules.
• Collaborate closely with People, Payroll and IT stakeholders to gather, document and validate business requirements for Workday HCM system enhancements and integrations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in deploying Workday functionality throughout the organization.
• Responsible for supporting multiple Workday modules and features.
