About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Co-define the company's 3–5 year organizational and talent blueprint with the leadership team, and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Lead organizational design, role architecture, and talent review to ensure the right people are in the right positions and empowered accordingly.
  • Lead change management, designing complete change and communication pathways during reorganizations, expansions, and role adjustments.
  • Clearly connect talent strategy to business goals so the organization can see the causal link between organizational fitness and achieving operational targets.
  • Define, amplify, and incubate the company's core culture, turning it from slogans into observable, repeatable behaviors.
  • Establish a systematic internal communications strategy and cadence, especially for policy rollouts, organizational changes, and sensitive topics, designing a full playbook across message, audience, timing, and channel.
  • Use strong interpersonal judgment to prioritize issues and shape rollout strategy.
  • Translate strategy and systems into clear policies, and own execution, not just process design.
  • Design end-to-end rollout and communication plans for key policies (e.g., performance systems, cross-border HR regulations), ensuring both execution capability and communication strategy are in place.
  • Make decisions through systems and structure, building a management culture that values functional expertise.
  • Review and optimize existing HR processes, identifying and closing gaps.
  • Take ownership of and upgrade the overall HR function, closing gaps in the company's HR expertise.
  • Lead and develop the HRBP, COE, and HR Operations teams, building a scalable People operating system.
  • Serve as people advisor to the leadership team, providing professional judgment and an independent perspective on performance management, talent development, and organizational health.
  • Oversee workforce planning and operations across Taiwan and overseas teams, ensuring consistent implementation of systems and culture across markets.
  • Design an organizational culture that meaningfully engages overseas teams, rather than one that only works in a single market.
  • Understand cross-border employment, compliance, and local cultural differences to support the company's continued international expansion.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of HR experience, including at least 5–7 years in a senior management/leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience leading the HR function of mid-to-large-scale or multinational organizations.
  • Experience in change management, with the ability to clearly articulate what happened, how it was designed, and the outcome.
  • Demonstrable track record in culture shaping and internal communications, particularly in policy execution and sensitive-message communication.
  • Experience managing or closely collaborating with cross-border/cross-cultural teams (not limited to the Taiwan market alone).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in international contexts.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • A direct reporting line to the CEO, with real ownership over the company's People & Culture direction.
