About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end execution for Collaborative, including production and vendor management
Manage all logistics across the full conference footprint including general sessions and breakouts
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders on event alignment
Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; flag risks proactively
Ensure consistent brand standards across Collaborative touchpoints
Partner with events team members on execution across field marketing events
Track event performance against defined KPIs and compile post-event recaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of experience in event marketing or experiential marketing
Proven ability to manage complex event logistics across a full conference footprint
Strong project management skills; able to run multiple workstreams simultaneously
Clear, proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned
Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
Comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time
Proficiency with Salesforce, Swoogo, ClickUp, or equivalent tools
