What you’ll need

Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a strong sense of voice and tone
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and navigate complex processes
A builder mindset—you’re energized by creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist
Experience in mission-driven organizations is a plus.
