About the role
- Design scalable programs (e.g., structured 30/60/90 onboarding)
- Define learning objectives and success metrics
- Facilitate foundational training sessions and ensure consistency
- Maintain LMS structure, content, and user experience
- Help to build learning paths and certifications
- Track engagement, completion, and adoption
- Lead core onboarding sessions (Welcome, NPO personas, Salesforce/tech stack, elevator pitch, sales stages overview, etc.)
- Partner with SMEs for advanced training (demos, deep dives, etc.)
- Equip managers with coaching frameworks and tools to support reinforcement of onboarding success
- Own enablement calendaring (weekly/bi-weekly sessions)
- Coordinate onboarding cohorts with Talent Acquisition
- Manage session logistics and post-session resources
- Reinforce behaviors post-onboarding
- Maintain a centralized source of truth for enablement content
- Support continuous learning (product updates, refreshers) within LMS
- Track onboarding effectiveness and ramp time
- Measure impact on revenue metrics (conversion, velocity)
- Iterate programs based on data and feedback
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Revenue/Sales Enablement or related field
- LMS ownership/administration experience (Highspot)
- Strong program management, facilitation, and stakeholder skills
- Data-driven with ability to measure impact
- Familiarity with Salesforce and revenue tech stack preferred.
