About the role

  • Identify and prioritize industry events aligned with business goals and audience needs. Develop a strategic event calendar to drive pipeline, retention, and brand awareness. Contribute to the development and evolution of marketing event processes that strengthen program growth and scalability.
  • Develop creative, high-quality event concepts and lead end-to-end event logistics, including vendors, venues, budget, and on-site execution. Ensure brand consistency across all experiences including speaker alignment and content development. Partner stakeholders to host roundtables, meetups, and forums that highlight product innovations and deepen customer engagement.
  • Define and track KPIs, report on event impact, and use insights to refine strategy. Continuously improve event formats and messaging to maximize ROI.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Product—ensuring events reflect current business priorities and customer needs. Lead cross-functional project management to maintain alignment, accelerate execution, and support strategic decision making. Share field insights to guide messaging and product strategy. Support GoFundMe’s annual flagship event, Collaborative, with a focus on sales and customer engagement.
