About the role

  • Support our Sales and Customer Success teams when designing integration solutions for their clients
  • Advise and support our clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS in combination with Single Sign On integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc)
  • Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation & deployment
  • Support clients internal & external teams in case of technical issues related to the integrations
  • Train other teams & coordinate information within the organization

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience
  • Problem-solving approach and detail oriented
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both English & French
  • Experience with LMS or LXPs administration / integrations (Good to have)
  • Understanding & Knowledge in APIs, technical documentation and coding are a plus (Good to have)
