About the role
- Support our Sales and Customer Success teams when designing integration solutions for their clients
- Advise and support our clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS in combination with Single Sign On integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc)
- Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation & deployment
- Support clients internal & external teams in case of technical issues related to the integrations
- Train other teams & coordinate information within the organization
Requirements
- Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience
- Problem-solving approach and detail oriented
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English & French
- Experience with LMS or LXPs administration / integrations (Good to have)
- Understanding & Knowledge in APIs, technical documentation and coding are a plus (Good to have)
