About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Python/Django, and GraphQL.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and customer support, to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
- Ensure application stability by debugging and fixing production issues quickly and effectively.
- Contribute to system reliability by understanding and supporting AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Participate in asynchronous development workflows, including code reviews and pull requests.
- Work independently, managing priorities and delivering high-quality solutions without the need for micromanagement.
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and development best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer
- Strong fullstack background with: React (frontend), GO, Python/Django (backend) and GraphQL (good working knowledge).
- Exposure to DevOps, with the ability to:
- Understand AWS systems and infrastructure
- Debug environment and deployment issues
- Keep systems stable and running smoothly
- Strong debugging skills, particularly in diagnosing and resolving production issues
