About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, availability, location, and role fit
- Communicate with candidates and guide them through each stage of the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams
- Send and manage onboarding documentation for new hires
- Ensure all required documents are collected, reviewed, and complete
- Maintain a smooth and compliant onboarding experience
- Notify internal teams of new hires and readiness
- Enter and manage employee data across internal systems (e.g., Axxess, WellSky)
- Create and manage employee login credentials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Monitor employee credentials and document expirations (licenses, certifications, etc.)
- Proactively follow up using structured tracking timelines (60/30/14 days)
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
- Maintain organized documentation across systems
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and pipeline organization
- Partner with internal teams to prioritize hiring needs
- Support audits and ongoing HR compliance processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4+ years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or similar roles
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience recruiting for healthcare roles, ideally:
- Nurses (RN, LPN)
- Home Health Aides (HHA/CNA)
- Therapists or clinical support staff in a home health setting
- Fluent Spanish (required) and strong English communication skills
- Portuguese is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Experience with ATS or HR systems (Jotform, Axxess, WellSky is a plus)
