About the role

  • Create accurate and detailed technical drawings for construction and design projects
  • Work with Revit/SolidWorks/Shapr3D/Fusion360 for 3D modeling and design (primary tool)
  • Generate material lists and takeoffs from design models and technical drawings
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet project specifications and standards
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and documentation
  • Recommend and implement modern workflows to improve team efficiency
  • Support project coordination through accurate and timely drawing deliverables

Requirements

  • Proficiency (2+ years) in Revit/SolidWorks/Shapr3D or Fusion360
  • Experience with 3D modeling and technical drawing production
  • Ability to generate material lists and quantity takeoffs from models or drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
