Drive platform-first thinking to ensure solutions are reusable, scalable, and aligned to long-term strategy.
Translate customer and business needs into domain-aligned platform capabilities that enable multiple products and use cases.
Prioritize initiatives based on value, risk, dependencies, and architectural impact.
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements that engineering teams can execute with minimal ambiguity.
Author, refine, and accept functional and technical user stories, features, and acceptance criteria, aligned to platform standards and architectural direction.
Decompose epics into well-defined, domain-aligned capabilities and features.
Ensure requirements address non-functional needs including performance, scalability, reliability, security, and operability.
Ensure stories are testable by design, with clear acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering and quality teams to embed testability, quality gates, and validation early in the delivery lifecycle.
Partner closely with product managers, technical program managers, engineering, and architecture teams to design and evolve domain-aligned platforms and services.

Requirements

7–10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or software engineering with a strong technical focus.
Proven experience owning and delivering technical products, platforms, APIs, or shared services.
Strong understanding of modern software development, including microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
Ability to read and reason about code and architecture (hands-on coding not required).
Experience delivering products from concept to launch in agile or hybrid environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
