About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage potential participants for conferences, including investors, fund managers, and financial institutions.
- Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to drive event attendance and sponsorship interest.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions within the CRM.
- Support logistical and operational needs for events (agendas, attendee updates, materials).
- Participate in conferences when required, assisting with on-site registration, coordination, and client relations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within financial services or B2B environments.
- Experience using Dynamics 365 (Including Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1–C2 level).
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, private equity, or investment concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and email-writing skills; able to communicate professionally with executives.
