About the role
- Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Implement and customize the Customer Service Management (CSM) module
- Build workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations
- Support configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow applications
- Work closely with business consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Ensure best practices and platform standards are followed
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Experience implementing or customizing ServiceNow CSM
- Experience with JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow, Workflow configuration and Integrations and platform customization.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Fluency in Portuguese is a must
- Required certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS- CSM)
