About the role

  • Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform
  • Implement and customize the Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Build workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations
  • Support configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow applications
  • Work closely with business consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization
  • Ensure best practices and platform standards are followed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
  • Experience implementing or customizing ServiceNow CSM
  • Experience with JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow, Workflow configuration and Integrations and platform customization.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a must
  • Required certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS- CSM)
