About the role

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new talent, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date records of talent documentation, performance notes, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor talent engagement and respond to inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely manner.
  • Support performance check-ins, gather feedback, and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Coordinate scheduling for interviews, evaluations, and internal meetings.
  • Support Customer Success Managers with client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
  • Prepare and maintain client documentation, reports, and account updates.
  • Assist in resolving client questions, issues, or requests by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Track client-talent interactions and ensure satisfaction metrics are consistently met.
  • Maintain dashboards, databases, and CRM/ATS records with high accuracy.
  • Support cross-functional communication between Talent, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
  • Help identify process improvements to enhance the talent and client experience.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, HR, Talent Management, or Administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools. (Preferred)
  • Customer-centric mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in remote or global teams is a plus.
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent-focused organizations. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with client management and service operations workflows. (Preferred)
  • Ability to identify and prevent potential talent or client experience challenges. (Preferred)
