About the role
- Help the team deliver high-quality features and mitigate any regressions to the current product workflows.
- Work with the Automation QA Lead, design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
- Develop and apply tests for new and existing product features.
- Conduct occasional manual testing of stories and bugs when needed.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product owners) to identify system, requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Help build out and add to the client regression suite tactically and architecturally.
- Conduct sanity and smoke tests against the client suite of products
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as a Software Quality Engineer.
- Hands-on experience in developing automation tests.
- Proven experience with test automation.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and Typescript preferred.
- Prior experience with Playwright preferred.
- Experience with bug-tracking systems such as Jira.
- Familiarity with web development technologies.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow test plans and scripts.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
