Concept and design graphics for apparel, headwear, and promotional products aligned to client briefs and brand guidelines.
Prepare production-ready art: colour separations for screen printing, artwork for sublimation, clean PNGs for DTF, and embroidery‑ appropriate art.
Build clear mockups/tech packs (placements, sizing, callouts) for internal production and offshore vendors.
Collaborate via Zoom/email with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure feasibility, quality, and on-time delivery.
Manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds; prioritise effectively and communicate status early/often.
Create speculative concepts and periodic social/marketing graphics when production workload is lighter.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Artist/Designer in apparel, headwear, or promotional products.
Portfolio demonstrating apparel/merch graphics and at least two of the following: screen‑ print separations, sublimation layouts, embroidery‑ aware designs (especially caps), or DTF artwork.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for apparel production workflows.
Solid grasp of spot colours/Pantone, vector vs. raster, halftones, trapping, and file version control.
Ability to translate creative ideas into factory-ready deliverables and troubleshoot production constraints.
Strong English communication and reliable remote work habits.
Experience in outdoor/hunting or motorsports aesthetics, cross‑time‑zone vendor coordination, basic marketing design, or CorelDRAW/embroidery digitising experience.
