About the role
- Translate targets into a channel plan (digital ads, podcast-for-content, events/roundtables, tradeshows, trainings, LinkedIn/email).
- Work on copy and messaging for the website.
- Define success metrics, run weekly operating rhythms, and report progress clearly.
- Craft ICP messaging for sales leaders & HR/L&D; test channel mix and reallocate based on data.
- Operate the stack without bloat: Pipedrive, Instantly, LinkedIn workflows, Clay/Apollo, intent data, Google Analytics.
- Partner with a RevOps and agency to ensure funnel hygiene and instrumentation.
- Consultative approach for evaluating the current marketing plan.
Requirements
- MUST 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS growth/marketing; zero-to-one experience; ideally sales tech/enablement.
- Demonstrated strategy and execution; portfolio of campaigns and measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with: Pipedrive, Instantly, LinkedIn workflows, Clay/Apollo, intent data, Google Analytics.; strong analytical chops.
- Excellent English; low-ego, owner mentality.
- Background working with fast-paced start-up environment.
- Event planning (sponsors/speakers) and product-led growth experience (is a plus).
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
