About the role
- Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, as well as manual), Bing / Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram for lead generation).
- Implement, test, and manage bidding strategies — including impression share, maximize conversions, and target CPA/ROAS approaches based on campaign goals.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to ensure maximum relevance and lead quality.
- Monitor campaigns daily to optimize performance, allocate budget effectively, and ensure best possible lead quality and cost efficiency.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, CallRail, HubSpot, and SharpSpring.
- Create clear, client-ready reports that highlight key insights, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Amplify’s internal team (design, development, content, and automation) to ensure cohesive marketing strategy and message alignment.
- Stay current on new PPC features, algorithm updates, and platform best practices — proactively bringing new ideas and testing methodologies to the table.
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on PPC management experience, ideally in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns and generating leads for a small portfolio of 10–12 clients.
- Experience handling more complex campaigns for a few clients within the portfolio.
- Proven success managing Google Ads Search campaigns with advanced keyword and bidding strategies.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Meta Ads and Bing Ads for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, GA4, CRM integrations, and lead attribution models.
- Ability to interpret data, identify performance patterns, and translate insights into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with internal team members and clients.
- Highly organized, dependable, and self-driven with strong attention to detail. Comfortable collaborating via Google Chat, Zoom, and project management platforms.
- Background or familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
- Experience with HubSpot, SharpSpring, or other marketing automation systems.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles for better cross-channel alignment.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
