About the role

  • Support the company’s financial planning processes, including annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models that evaluate business performance and support operational decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to align financial plans with company strategy and operational priorities.
  • Monitor financial performance against plan and identify key drivers of variance.
  • Serve as a primary finance liaison between U.S. leadership and our Brazil entity , helping ensure alignment across financial planning, reporting, and operational priorities.
  • Support communication and coordination between teams to ensure financial data, assumptions, and insights are clearly understood across regions.
  • Provide analysis and guidance related to Brazil operations, including performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Help ensure that financial planning processes and reporting standards remain consistent across international operations.
  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business leaders.
  • Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to evaluate pricing changes, operational investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders across sales, operations, services, marketing, and other business units to support planning and decision-making.
  • Work closely with accounting and finance reporting teams to ensure alignment between planning, reporting, and actual financial performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by translating financial results into actionable insights.
  • Improve financial planning processes, reporting workflows, and analytical tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop standardized templates and documentation that strengthen the company’s FP&A capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data integration, automation, and financial visibility across the organization.
  • Prepare and present financial insights, forecasts, and performance updates to finance leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear and concise analysis that highlights business drivers and supports strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business leaders and operational teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese required , including the ability to speak, read, and write professionally in order to effectively communicate with and support the Brazil-based team and stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
