Work with executive leadership, gathering business requirements, and implementing solutions using NetSuite, Azure SQL, and Power BI.
Develop dashboards and advance analytics maturity toward prescriptive and predictive decision-making.
Turn centralized data into business-ready insights, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making.
Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and translate requests into analytics solutions.
Analyze available data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the refinement of dashboards and analytics solutions to improve usability and impact.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Business Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst role with a strong focus on delivering business-facing analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills.
Experience partnering with business leaders or managers to gather requirements, shape analytics requests, and build data-driven roadmaps.
Ability to link analytics to business results by identifying if requests drive acceleration, efficiency, or strategic decisions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and bring a strategic mindset to a growing team.
