About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Delivering excellent customer service including telephone and mail etiquette
  • Providing first line support for hotels-related problems and trying to fix the problems or answer the questions as efficient and sufficient as possible
  • Solving problems related to payments
  • Responding to emergency situations and taking appropriate actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Stress resistance and ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Reliability and team player mentality
  • Experience in customer service is nice to have
  • Knowledge of Travel sector or reservation systems will be a strong asset
  • Willingness to work on daily shift (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
  • Working proficiency in French (min. B2)
  • Intermediate level in English (B1-B2)
  • Other language is nice to have
