About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product vision and guide the development of the product to continuously improve product-market fit
  • Work in a 2-in-the-box setup following Amazon’s Working Backwards principle
  • In close collaboration with the Development Leader, define the value stream, goals, and initiatives with a strong focus on customer value and business impact
  • Co-own and manage the value stream’s operational plan (roadmap, priorities, outcomes)
  • Drive reliable and timely delivery by clear prioritization, backlog ownership, and outcome-driven decision making
  • Identify opportunities and risks arising from market changes, customer behavior, client needs, local regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements: user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, alignment, and focus
  • Drive UX decisions in collaboration with design and engineering to ensure intuitive and usable solutions
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to validate assumptions and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, or extensions
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, and stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, and release phases
  • Actively contribute to building strong product and engineering practices by sharing knowledge and applying best practices
  • Represent the product internally (knowledge sharing, alignment) and externally (pre-sales support, product marketing input)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Experience in agile product development environment
  • 5+ years of relevant product management/design, subject matter expert or business/system analysis work experience
  • Team management experience
  • Degree
  • Working skills in requirements, processes, business analysis
  • Good communications skills (English B2+)
