About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product vision and guide the development of the product to continuously improve product-market fit
- Work in a 2-in-the-box setup following Amazon’s Working Backwards principle
- In close collaboration with the Development Leader, define the value stream, goals, and initiatives with a strong focus on customer value and business impact
- Co-own and manage the value stream’s operational plan (roadmap, priorities, outcomes)
- Drive reliable and timely delivery by clear prioritization, backlog ownership, and outcome-driven decision making
- Identify opportunities and risks arising from market changes, customer behavior, client needs, local regulations, and compliance requirements
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements: user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, alignment, and focus
- Drive UX decisions in collaboration with design and engineering to ensure intuitive and usable solutions
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to validate assumptions and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, or extensions
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, and release phases
- Actively contribute to building strong product and engineering practices by sharing knowledge and applying best practices
- Represent the product internally (knowledge sharing, alignment) and externally (pre-sales support, product marketing input)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Experience in agile product development environment
- 5+ years of relevant product management/design, subject matter expert or business/system analysis work experience
- Team management experience
- Degree
- Working skills in requirements, processes, business analysis
- Good communications skills (English B2+)
