About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build GoDutch’s direct sales engine to companies.
  • Define the sales strategy, personally close the first wave of customers, and lay the foundation for a high-performing sales team over time.
  • Collaborate with founders, marketing, product, and partnerships to establish GoDutch as the default business banking choice for fast-growing companies.
  • Lead by example in execution by personally selling to early scaleup customers.
  • Drive strong cross-functional alignment with marketing, product, partnerships, and customer feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong ownership, high standards, and the ambition to challenge an outdated status quo.
  • Experience in building a sales strategy and sales engine.
  • Excellent sales skills, including inbound and outbound sales, and closing complex and high-value deals.
  • Ability to build a scalable sales machine, including designing sales funnels and playbooks.
  • Team management skills for hiring, coaching, and performance management.
