What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in title examination or a similar role, specifically within commercial transactions.
Comprehensive knowledge of title insurance procedures, underwriting standards, surveys and relevant laws.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Proficiency in title software and search technology.
