About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic social media planning: Development of long-term concepts for brand channels and campaigns that increase reach and engagement
Project management: Independently plan, implement and monitor projects in content, community and paid media
Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate and align with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient campaign execution
Client consulting & stakeholder communication: Provide strategic advice, manage expectations and develop suitable proposals together with the commercial team
Performance analysis & optimization: Evaluate campaigns, identify optimization opportunities and derive data-driven recommendations
Trend & innovation monitoring: Monitor relevant social media trends and continuously develop the channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing, including strategic planning, paid advertising and multi-platform campaigns
Strong project management skills: You bring structure to complex processes and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Creativity & strategic thinking: You spot trends early and turn them into innovative concepts
Strong communication & diplomacy: You convince stakeholders and teams alike and work in a solution-oriented manner
Excellent German skills (min. C2) and good written and spoken English
Hands-on mentality & initiative: You work independently, proactively and drive topics forward
Bonus: Prior experience in social media agencies
