About the role
- Proactive support, consulting and development of existing Strategy & Analytics clients as well as other client projects
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders at client organizations
- Strategically position gocomo across all client business areas
- Plan, manage and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive business expansion
- End-to-end project management including interface coordination and early issue identification
- Support acquisition of new clients in the Strategy & Analytics area
- Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies within the existing client portfolio
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in social media, marketing, or the digital industry
- Proven project management skills, including managing internal and external stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and an affinity for KPI analysis in a social media context
- Confident use of business KPIs, pricing strategies, and margin assessment
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and working in interdisciplinary teams
- Service-oriented, empathetic, resilient, structured, and with an ownership mentality
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and business-fluent English, spoken and written
