About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactive support, consulting and development of existing Strategy & Analytics clients as well as other client projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders at client organizations
  • Strategically position gocomo across all client business areas
  • Plan, manage and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive business expansion
  • End-to-end project management including interface coordination and early issue identification
  • Support acquisition of new clients in the Strategy & Analytics area
  • Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies within the existing client portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in social media, marketing, or the digital industry
  • Proven project management skills, including managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills and an affinity for KPI analysis in a social media context
  • Confident use of business KPIs, pricing strategies, and margin assessment
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Service-oriented, empathetic, resilient, structured, and with an ownership mentality
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and business-fluent English, spoken and written
