About the role

  • Strategic social media planning: Developing long-term concepts for brand channels and campaigns to increase reach and engagement
  • Project management: Independently planning, executing and monitoring projects in content, community and paid media
  • Cross-functional coordination: Aligning and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient campaign delivery
  • Client consulting & stakeholder communication: Providing strategic advice, managing expectations and developing appropriate proposals together with the commercial team
  • Performance analysis & optimization: Evaluating campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities and deriving data-driven recommendations
  • Trend & innovation monitoring: Tracking relevant social media trends and continuously developing the channels

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing, including strategic planning, paid ads and multi-platform campaigns
  • Strong project management skills: You bring structure to complex processes and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creativity & strategic thinking: You spot trends early and translate them into innovative concepts
  • Strong communication & diplomacy: You persuade stakeholders and teams alike and work in a solution-oriented manner
  • Excellent German language skills (minimum C2) and good spoken and written English
  • Hands-on mentality & initiative: You work independently, proactively and drive topics forward
  • Bonus: Experience working in social media agencies
