Key responsibilities & impact

Own the company operating rhythm and lead cross-functional projects
Strengthen the operational foundations of the business by identifying pain points and designing solutions
Improve tooling, documentation, access management and new-starter setup
Make complex cross-functional work progress by leading operational projects
Maintain the company rhythm including all-hands, quarterly planning and reviews
Line manage the People Lead, Senior Ops Manager, and Finance Manager ensuring alignment to company priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong ownership and follow-through in ambiguous environments
Sound judgment and comfort making trade-offs with incomplete information
Breadth across multiple operational areas, rather than a narrow specialist profile
Systems thinking, with evidence of building workflows people actually use
A hands-on approach to improving existing processes and making them clearer, faster and more reliable
Commercial awareness and comfort working with business numbers
Cross-functional credibility and the ability to move work through others
Pace, pragmatism, and good judgment on what is worth building properly versus solving simply
The ability to approach functional work strategically - not just completing tasks, but asking whether they should exist, how to systematise them, and what doing them well makes possible
Comfort using tools such as Airtable, Make, OpenAI, Claude or similar to build practical operating improvements
