About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning, execution and optimization of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads), with a focus on lead generation and performance.
- Management and monitoring of campaign budgets, making bid, targeting, and creative adjustments for continuous improvement of results.
- Monitoring key metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and supporting campaign performance analysis.
- Supporting the creation and execution of A/B tests for ads, audiences, and campaign variations.
- Assisting in improving pages and materials (landing pages, creatives, etc.) with a focus on conversion.
- Liaising with internal teams (such as the sales team) to align strategies and ensure lead quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of paid media (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
- Familiarity with performance metrics and campaign analysis.
- Understanding of the conversion funnel and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis (Excel or similar).
- Availability to work during business hours.
- Previous experience with paid media campaigns.
- Creativity in content production.
- Experience with B2B campaigns or lead generation for complex sales (e.g., SaaS).
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
