About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with accounts receivable (bank reconciliation, payment settlement, collections).
- Update and monitor cash flow.
- Provide support for the monthly financial close (Brazil and Mexico).
- Assist with annual audits in which the company participates.
- Support company invoicing activities.
- Assist with payroll activities, vacations, benefits, and terminations.
- Collections and delinquency control.
- Support internal customers (CS).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Strong logical reasoning skills.
- Good communication and ability to work in a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience with Superlógica or similar platforms.
