About the role
- Intensive 12-month trainee program with targeted training and coaching aimed at preparing you for your subsequent target role in Sales
- Introduction to our comprehensive ERP solution unitop and the associated Microsoft product portfolio
- Onboarding into our sales structure (new business sales and account management) and familiarization with various customer segments (retail, industry, non-profit organizations, and pension providers)
- Taking on initial sales responsibilities in B2B new-business sales, e.g., identifying and acquiring new customers
- Expanding digital sales channels (e.g., webinars, trade shows) and actively supporting business development activities
- Qualifying and systematically handling inbound B2B leads to ensure high sales quality and optimal follow-up with prospective customers
- Maintaining, updating, and accurately documenting all sales activities and leads in our CRM system to ensure transparent and efficient sales operations
- Conducting initial conversations independently with prospective new customers, including needs assessment and first presentations of our solutions
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, sales, marketing, business informatics, or a STEM field
- Ideally some practical sales experience from internships or other roles
- Strong interest in digitalization and new technologies, with a good technical understanding
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and good negotiation abilities
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally
