About the role
- Identifying customer contacts and preparing for and following up on customer visits
- Analyzing customer requirements and evaluating possible applications of IT systems
- Providing targeted advice and support to customers and prospects on our products and IT services
- Planning and conducting marketing activities and product training
- Assisting with quote preparation, contract conclusions and order processing
- Conducting market analysis and researching IT trends
Requirements
- Very good German skills, spoken and written (at least C1 level), good command of English
- Good (technical) secondary school leaving certificate (Fachhochschulreife)
- Strong organizational skills and a quick grasp of new concepts
- Open personality and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good understanding of commercial/business processes
- Commitment and ambition
- Confident PC skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Interest in information technology and modern media
