About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support managers in navigating performance, feedback, and team dynamics
Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns and sensitive situations
Own and run core people systems like performance cycles and engagement follow-through
Coach and advise managers
Support employees through key moments and decisions
Ensure policies are applied clearly, consistently, and fairly
Drive execution of performance review cycles
Track progress, ensure completion, and maintain calibration documentation
Partner closely with our HR Operations team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HRBP roles
Experience directly supporting managers on performance and employee relations
Experience running or supporting core people processes (performance cycles, engagement surveys, or leave/LOA coordination)
Strong judgment in sensitive and ambiguous situations
Ability to coach managers with both candor and care
High attention to detail with strong follow-through
Ability to influence without formal authority and hold others accountable.
