About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a Business Partner for HR alignment with the company Business Plan
- Deliver operational and strategic HR support across U.S. manufacturing operations
- Implement an HR plan aligned with business vision and values
- Cultivate high-performance, customer-focused culture
- Guide managers in coaching employees and building relationships
- Foster positive employee experience and workplace culture
- Manage full recruitment cycle for hourly and salaried positions
- Lead HR improvement initiatives and streamline HR processes
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and support audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience supporting both hourly (blue-collar) and salaried (white-collar) employees.
- Hands-on experience processing U.S. payroll (multi-state preferred).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment legislation including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, COBRA, and other applicable federal and state employment laws.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations matters.
- Experience supporting performance management, recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
