About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the administrative backbone for a close‑knit, dynamic team of 5 claims management advisors.
- Open new files on the CNESST online portal, request copies of files and monitor reimbursements.
- Receive, scan and accurately index paper and electronic mail into our management systems.
- Manage invoicing and maintain the team’s tracking spreadsheets.
- Process mail and provide support to the out‑of‑Quebec team as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have solid experience in a similar role and are already comfortable using the CNESST website and occupational health and safety (OHS) administrative processes.
- Tools: Proficient with Excel, Word, TEAMS, Outlook and, ideally, SIGMA‑RH.
- Languages: Bilingualism required (French/English), both spoken and written.
- Strengths: A natural team player who is friendly, committed and highly adaptable.
