About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage complex, high-stakes cases: polytrauma, psychological diagnoses, from file opening to closure.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis: identify root causes, detect inconsistencies and guide optimal decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies: temporary work assignments, medical expert assessments, contesting decisions, cost sharing, drafting comments on the Employer's Notice, and handling reimbursement requests.
  • Communicate strategically with injured employees, Operations teams, the CNESST and internal partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external lawyers to build strong cases.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: participate in workplace visits with the CNESST and work closely with the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience: minimum 3 years in CNESST claims management or a similar field.
  • Natural curiosity and investigative mindset: thorough analysis and exploration of all leads.
  • Strong analytical skills and an instinct for identifying key issues and anticipating risks.
  • Proactive approach to guide decisions and optimize practices.
  • Organized, rigorous and flexible, with the ability to adapt to complex situations.
  • Team player with a desire to contribute to knowledge sharing and the team’s collective development.
  • Functional bilingualism (French and English) required.
