About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join an entrepreneurial, innovation-driven organization as a CNESST Claims Management Advisor and contribute to initiatives that generate value for the company.
  • Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, the CNESST Claims Management Advisor plays a key role in the strategic management of CNESST cases by coordinating administrative, legal and financial aspects.
  • They perform in-depth analysis of each file and explore all possible avenues to minimize case chronicity and maximize financial recoveries for the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience: minimum 3 years in CNESST claims management or a similar field.
  • Natural curiosity and investigative mindset: thorough analysis and exploration of all avenues.
  • Strong analytical ability and instinct to identify key issues and anticipate risks.
  • Proactive approach to guide decisions and optimize practices.
  • Organized, rigorous and flexible, with the ability to adapt to complex situations.
  • Team player with a desire to contribute to knowledge sharing and the collective development of the team.
  • Functional bilingualism (French and English) required.
