About the role
- Reporting to the Vice-President, Governance, the primary responsibility of this position is to assist and advise the Vice‑President in the exercise of her responsibilities.
- The incumbent contributes to the performance of the Vice‑Presidency, notably through input on strategic discussions, leading initiatives and contributing to organizational projects carried out on behalf of the Vice‑Presidency.
- The Advisor is responsible for advising and supporting the Vice‑President in anticipating, analyzing, monitoring and delivering assigned mandates. The role also includes acting as a representative of the Vice‑President in relationships with various stakeholders and providing logistical support to facilitate coordination and execution of the Vice‑Presidency’s activities.
- This is a role that involves daily close collaboration and a liaison function with directors and internal partners.
Requirements
- University degree in law, administration, public policy, governance or another relevant field.
- Other combinations of education and experience that are considered relevant will be evaluated.
- Technological literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written).
- Bilingualism (English/French) is a significant asset.
