About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owning solution leadership on accounts by establishing trust with senior stakeholders and ensuring solution quality end-to-end.
- Collaborating with teams in early project stages to define solution approaches and ensure appropriate scoping and sequencing.
- Designing solutions for complex workstreams and presenting them to client teams.
- Defining architecture principles and standards and communicating justification of design decisions.
- Driving strategy for complex solution design, execution, and deployment.
- Steering infrastructure and architecture direction by identifying gaps and advocating for durable solutions.
- Acting as a delegator, reviewer, and advisor on medium-complexity solutions to raise quality and enable faster progress.
- Proactively anticipating issues and blockers, leading discussions around goals, trade-offs, and constraints, and unblocking delivery teams.
- Facilitating workshops and decision meetings to drive cross-functional teams through change.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience partnering with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to uncover business requirements, identify gaps and pains, and design scalable technical solutions.
- Expertise in sales operations.
- Deep expertise in solution architecture.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features.
- Proficiency in anticipating issues and blockers, and translating insights into solutions.
- Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams, effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Capability to support business cases for technical investment (budget + tooling).
- Strategic problem solving and ability to transform organizational operations.
- Experience in creating an inclusive team environment and stewarding company culture.
- Bonus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect (or actively pursuing).
