About the role
- Support day-to-day marketing programs across digital channels, customer communications, and eCommerce initiatives.
- Maintain and update the client's website, including product pages, landing pages, content updates, and basic SEO best practices.
- Coordinate website content updates with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, engagement, lead activity) and support reporting efforts.
- Execute social media posting schedules across LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms.
- Develop and publish product, application, and company content in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and basic analytics to inform content optimization.
- Create and maintain a content calendar.
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Manage tradeshows.
- Support newsletters, product announcements, promotions, and customer communications.
- Maintain email lists, segment audiences, and ensure data hygiene.
- Support eCommerce initiatives, including product uploads, content updates, promotions, and merchandising coordination.
- Assist with pricing updates, SKU organization, and product content accuracy in collaboration with Product and Operations.
- Help monitor eCommerce performance and customer behavior trends.
- Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project tracking to ensure on-time execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain marketing assets, templates, and documentation.
- Support trade shows, promotions, and special initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of marketing, communications, or digital marketing experience (B2B preferred).
- Hands-on experience with social media, email marketing, and website content management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Current professional portfolio required.
- Experience in B2B manufacturing, industrial products, or technical markets (preferred).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar) (preferred).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) (preferred).
- Basic understanding of SEO, analytics (GA4), and eCommerce fundamentals (preferred).
