About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing the execution and performance of client marketing programs
- Owning day-to-day account operations, coordinating across internal teams
- Contributing to performance-driven strategies
- Managing workflows and client communication
- Connecting performance data to insights, recommendations, and client goals
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing communication, follow-ups, and requests with minimal oversight
- Build strong working relationships through consistent, reliable execution and communication
- Lead portions of client meetings, including status updates and reporting walk-throughs
- Own execution of timelines, deliverables, and workflows across assigned accounts
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met in dynamic environments
- Maintain key account documentation, including trackers, timelines, and reports
- Proactively identify risks to timelines or deliverables and escalate when needed
- Support budget and scope tracking at a project level
- Begin connecting performance data to campaign strategy and client objectives
- Contribute to reporting, including drafting insights and recommendations
- Partner with media and analytics teams to ensure data is accurate and actionable
- Coordinate with other departments, including web development, media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure aligned execution across channels
- Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with strategy
- Maintain high standards for quality while managing multiple deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 or more years of experience in account management, marketing, or related field
- Agency experience preferred
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and more.
- Travel, tourism, and hospitality marketing experience is preferred
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and client relationships
- Experience working with e-commerce and/or B2B clients is a plus
- Hands-on media execution experience is a plus
