About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design across formats including social, web, email, campaigns, and print
- Turn concepts into polished, production-ready work
- Partner with Art Directors, Designers, and copywriters to build smart, effective creative
- Work closely with strategy and marketing teams to make sure creative aligns with goals
- Help maintain and evolve brand systems across channels
- Present your work clearly and explain the “why” behind it
- Juggle multiple projects without dropping the details
- Be curious–bring new ideas, trends, and tools to the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of design experience (agency experience is a plus)
- A strong portfolio that shows us how you think, not just how things look
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Understanding of digital design (social, email, responsive web, UI/UX basics)
- Bonus: motion design or experience with AI creative tools
