About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and develop the brand identity (tone of voice, positioning, visual direction)
  • Build a strong, recognizable brand for an international, nightlife-oriented audience
  • Ensure consistency across all digital channels
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness and bookings
  • Launch and manage campaigns (online & offline)
  • Identify strategic partnerships (hostels, hotels, tourism actors, influencers)
  • Optimize customer acquisition and brand visibility
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create engaging, viral, and community-driven content
  • Collaborate with creators, photographers, and videographers
  • Capture and leverage user-generated content
  • Understand the customer journey remotely through analytics and feedback
  • Coordinate with local teams to ensure brand consistency on-site
  • Gather insights and continuously improve the experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Social Media
  • Strong social media management and content creation expertise
  • Background in hospitality, events, tourism, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus
  • Ability to build and execute marketing strategies from scratch
  • Creative, energetic, and highly execution-driven
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing both strategy and remote operations
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
