- Ensure Clear & Consistent Communication With Parents
- Lead Parent Meetings
- Develop The GO Kids Team
- Ensure Clear & Consistent Communication & Scheduling Of GO Kids Team
- Oversee Pastoral Care For GO Kids Team
- Recruit, Train & Develop GO Kids Team Members
- Lead Consistent & Effective GO Kids Team Meetings & Huddles
- Create & Optimize A Scalable Layered Leadership Structure
- Plan/Execute GO Kids Calendar Of Events
- Manage GO Kids Budget & Inventory
- Consistent Correspondence/Administration Within All GO Church Platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Formal Bible education, training and/or certification.
- Experience in constructing and organizing approved financial budgets.
- Experience in public speaking, preaching or teaching.
- Ability to develop and grow staff/volunteers.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/ministries effectively.
- Ability to learn/use G-Suite Apps such as docs, sheets and slides.
- Ability to learn/use Planning Center church database software, BambooHR platform and BaseCamp 3 Project Management Software.
