About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales growth and increase net hearing instrument market share
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hearing care professionals
- Travel within the assigned territory to execute a strategic territory business plan
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of products and accessories
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Engage customers to resolve any quality or service issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hearing aid centers in the assigned region
- Complete sales and corporate reporting requirements on time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Audiology (AuD) preferred
- 3+ years of medical device or healthcare industry sales experience required
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and territory growth objectives
- Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
- Experience with database management
