About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales growth and increase net hearing instrument market share
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hearing care professionals
  • Travel within the assigned territory to execute a strategic territory business plan
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of products and accessories
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Engage customers to resolve any quality or service issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hearing aid centers in the assigned region
  • Complete sales and corporate reporting requirements on time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Audiology (AuD) preferred
  • 3+ years of medical device or healthcare industry sales experience required
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and territory growth objectives
  • Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
  • Experience with database management
